PROJECT NOTES / COST
A clearer view of the quote.
The surface is one part of the project. A useful quote makes the rest visible.

AT A GLANCE
A sintered-stone project quote depends on the selected material, required slab quantity, processing and agreed delivery and installation scope. Price per square metre alone cannot describe a finished project. LITHMERE prepares a tailored quote after reviewing your request.
| Quote item | What to clarify |
|---|---|
| Material | Exact reference, finish, specification and quantity basis. |
| Processing | Cuts, exposed edges, openings and agreed drawing scope. |
| Packing and transport | Delivery destination and included handling responsibilities. |
| Installation | Who measures, supports, fits and finishes the surface. |
| Commercial basis | Currency, applicable taxes, validity and exclusions. |
Why is there no single price per square metre?
Two projects with the same visible surface area can have different slab layouts, edge lengths, openings and delivery requirements. A material-only rate and an installed quote also cover different work. LITHMERE does not publish a universal finished-project rate; submit your material reference and project details for review.
Separate visible area from purchased material.
The area you see in a room is not automatically the area of slabs needed. Pattern direction, usable faces, cut placement and slab dimensions affect the layout. Ask what quantity the quote is based on and how offcuts are handled. Avoid applying a fixed waste percentage before a layout has been reviewed.
Identify the processing scope.
Ask whether the quote includes cutting, edge finishing, mitred or built-up edges, sink and tap openings, and other specified details. Provide an outline with dimensions and mark the finish you want on exposed edges. The exact process and technical feasibility are confirmed for the selected product.
Clarify packing, delivery and site work.
Ask which party handles packing, transport, unloading, moving material into the property and installation. If material travels across borders, clarify which destination charges and formalities are included in the commercial scope. Tell the team your project location and any known access constraints so these responsibilities can be discussed.
Compare quotations on the same basis.
Place quotes side by side using the same material reference, quantity, drawing revision and scope. Check the currency, applicable taxes, validity and exclusions in each actual quotation. A lower headline figure may cover less work; identify the difference before deciding. This guide is a planning checklist, not a current offer or price list.
What should I send to LITHMERE?
Start with your country or city, intended application, approximate dimensions, selected material codes and any plans you have. Explain whether you need slabs or processed pieces and whether a local fabricator or installer is involved. Use the website design request to begin; our team can arrange drawings or photographs by email and confirm the scope before quoting.
